through our iOS and Android applications and our web application at Tempi.com.

the Service.

Information Provided by Users

Tempi users may provide information to create and use their Tempi
account.

This may include profile and contact information that a user chooses to
provide for display through their Tempi profile and Digital Business Card, such
as:

• Profile photograph
• Company or professional
  information
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Website and social-media links
• Other information selected by the
  user

Users control the information they choose to provide and display through
their Tempi profile and Digital Business Card.

User Content

Tempi also stores content that users choose to create, upload, or share
while using the Service.

This may include:

• Chat messages
• Files
• Photographs and videos
• Documents
• Group posts and replies
• Shared Folder content
• Task and Task Chat content
• Other information or content a
  user chooses to create, store, or share

This content is provided and controlled by the user for their own use and
collaboration through Tempi.

Information is made available according to the actions and sharing
choices of the user. For example, a chat message is shared with the
participants in that conversation, and a file placed in a Shared Folder may be
available to users with whom that folder has been shared.

How Information Is Used

Information provided or created by users is used to provide the Tempi
features selected by the user.

Profile and Digital Business Card information is used to create and
display the user’s Tempi profile and Digital Business Card.

Messages, files, posts, Shared Folder content, Task information, and
other user-created content are stored and made available according to the
user’s actions and sharing choices.

Tempi may also use information as necessary to operate, maintain,
support, secure, and improve the Service.

Technical Information

Tempi may receive limited technical information associated with use of
the Service, such as device or application information, IP address, diagnostic
information, and crash or performance information.

This information may be used to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and
improve Tempi.

Service Providers

Tempi uses third-party service providers to help operate and support the
Service, including providers of hosting, data storage, communications,
application monitoring, notifications, analytics, and payment processing.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their
services to Tempi.

Payments

Payments for Tempi subscriptions, products, or other paid services may be
processed by third-party providers such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or other
payment providers used by Tempi.

Information provided directly to those services is also subject to the
applicable provider’s privacy practices.

User Control and
Deletion

Users control the profile information and content they choose to provide,
store, display, or share through Tempi.

Users can edit or remove profile information and can delete content
available to them through the applicable features of the Service.

Users may also delete their Tempi account through the account-management
functionality provided within Tempi.
