Deleting your Instagram data from Tempi
When you connect Instagram in Tempi, we store your Instagram account ID, username, profile picture and account type, and the numbers Instagram gives about your own account and posts: followers, reach, views, interactions, and the posts of your last 90 days. Only you see this information in Tempi.
Delete it in the app
- Open Tempi and go to Your Journey.
- In the row of filters above the feed tap Instagram.
- On the Instagram Growth card tap •••.
- Tap Disconnect Instagram and confirm.
This immediately deletes your Instagram connection, the Instagram information we stored, and the insights Tempi created from it.
Remove Tempi's access in Instagram
In Instagram open Settings → Apps and websites, choose Tempi and tap Remove. Tempi can no longer read your account after that. To have the information already stored deleted as well, disconnect in the app as described above or write to us.
If you cannot use the app
Write to support@tempi.com from the email address of your Tempi account and ask for your Instagram data to be deleted. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
